Utilize your rooms better

Improve the utilization of your rooms by having meetings confirmed directly on the touchscreen, e.g. via RFID card/QR tag or PIN. This reduces unused bookings. vysoft RMS can be set so that unused rooms are released after a certain period of time. If a meeting ends earlier than planned, this can be indicated on the room display. The room is immediately available again. This optimizes room utilization and helps you to make optimum use of the space.

The door opening can also be realized via RFID card/QR tag or PIN.
