Essential functions of our SharePoint solution for therapy management:

File management
Uniform recording, even at different locations, for example of master data, treatment history, anamnesis, diagnostics, prognostics, processes, resubmissions and documents with secure transmission via TLS/SSL.
Authorization concept
Intelligent authorization concept and integrated approval procedure, with different rights for different user roles.
Automated workflow
Possibility to start an automated process when selecting a measure. Proactive and/or automatic notifications of pending or completed activities via e-mail directly from the system, also with alarm function.
Evaluations and statistics

Statistical evaluations of inflow, consulting services, resource utilization and patient compliance – also for billing or therapy effectiveness. The MS Excel interface supports all evaluation models.

Synchronization
Automatic synchronization of specific content from Word templates, MS Outlook calendars and MS SharePoint lists, e.g. scopes, creator, date of modification, title, version number, documents, etc.
Information queries
Information or the status of a treatment can be retrieved at any time by the responsible employee for a session or for the preparation of minutes.
Status message
The status of activities or tasks can be made transparent and comprehensible in a central information base, even after their completion.
Versioning

History of work steps, tasks, documents and approvals. Documents (e.g. from MS Office) can be saved in the workflow, templates can be dynamically configured and sent directly from the system.

Configuration
Workflows and content (fields) are configured and not programmed, specific adjustments can be carried out independently.
Data migration
Integration of an existing document management system and its data is possible.
Interfaces
Fully integrated solution with existing interfaces to Office programs such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, but also SAP or Mapquest.
System integration
