The more keys in circulation, the more difficult it becomes to keep track. In particular, key handover poses enormous problems for many organizations. Nowadays, manual key systems, for example for buildings or vehicle fleets, can hardly be managed efficiently – this quickly leads to enormous administrative costs and security gaps.
With the Traka key cabinet systems, integrated into vysoft FMS, you can manage and store all your keys securely and clearly. The removal and return of a key are always automatically validated and documented. The removal of the key is only possible after prior booking.

Depending on requirements, small, compact or large systems with space for several thousand keys can be assembled.
The space-saving and modular design enables maximum capacity in a small space and offers the potential to adapt the system to the premises or to expand it later.
Identification is via terminal and RFID tag
The system checks whether a person is authorized to remove a key at the current time. If so, the cabinet can be opened and the key can be removed. All other keys remain firmly locked.
The RFID tags can optionally also be attached to the driver’s license, thereby combining identification and driver’s license control. If the RFID tag is removed from the driver’s license, the built-in chip becomes inoperable.

Integrated key management and driver’s license control for pool vehicles in vysoft FMS:
Driver books vehicle for Monday, 9:00 a.m., in vysoft FMS
From 8:45 a.m.: Identification at the terminal via RFID tag on the driver’s license
Proof of driver’s license possession = automatic driver’s license control
System checks booking and, if necessary, releases the key removal
After the journey: Return of the key via the same procedure
